System Requirements
Testing your connection
Please test your connection with GoToWebinar in advance to ensure your computer has everything required to join successfully. Simply join our test session to get started. This will connect you to Citrix’s test GoToMeeting session, which will test your ability to join GoToWebinar sessions as well. If a session is initiated and you can view the "Successfully Connected!" message then you have successfully joined the test session.

What are the system requirements for running GoToWebinar?
Please check to see that you meet the minimum system requirements and that you have the equipment you need before downloading the latest version of GoToWebinar.

Join from the desktop app (Windows or Mac)

To get the most out of GoToWebinar you can download and install the full-feature desktop software on your Windows and Mac computer. See Download GoToWebinar for more information.

Join from a web browser

Using the GoToWebinar Instant Join app, you can join webinars entirely within your web browser (rather than installing and using the GoToWebinar desktop app). The features that are available during the session will vary depending on your web browser; see GoToWebinar Instant Join for more information.
