This webinar is the first in a series of four webinars in partnership with The Institute of Employability Professionals.  Kath will explain the main features of some common mental health conditions and offer advice to delegates about how to create a plan to adapt support and services to accommodate the needs of clients with mental health conditions. 
Objectives
By the end of this webinar delegates will be able to:
  • Explain mental health in general and list the main features of the four main mental health conditions
  • Prioritise the top five actions you should take to engage with clients with mental health conditions during appointments
  • Describe the top two things to consider when offering the following employment services to clients with mental health issues:
    • Recruitment and employer engagement
    • Development
    • In work support
