Cheryl has been working with AELP for just over 2 years as a Project Manager working on various projects including Teach Too, Digital Skills and a two year EU funded project providing quality assurance advice and guidance to partners in Cyprus and Poland. Cheryl’s previous experience includes 13 years in the educational sector, working at manager level, at two private training providers and an Awarding Organisation. She has a wealth of experience in the management of Traineeships, Apprenticeships and Employability Skills delivery and is also a qualified tutor, assessor, internal quality assurer and holds a BA (Hons) Degree in Education Studies. |

Sean developed the first nationally recognised Observation of Teaching, Training and Learning qualification in the UK. He has been delivering Observation training workshops for over 10 years and webinars for over 5 years. Sean has worked with a wide range of organisations to develop the effectiveness of their Observation and Quality Improvement Systems. He has worked in the post 16 learning sector since 1981, but also has experience in teaching in schools and post graduate education. In addition to teaching and training, Sean also worked for 3 years for the organisation now called Ofqual, and for various education inspectorates as an additional inspector from 1998 to 2014.
