An educational professional, with over 15 years of operating within the UK’s further education sector, Thomas has experiences in both private and public education organisations, gaining extensive experiences in the delivery, assessment and quality assurance of both qualifications and Apprenticeship End Point Assessments.

Thomas has operated across various number of academic and vocational subject areas, ranging from entry level to level 6. Thomas currently is the Head of Assessment at NOCN Group, a UK and International Awarding and Assessment Organisation, where for the last two years he has been at the forefront of NOCN’s EPA delivery. Thomas has had first-hand experience in the challenges and issues which can be avoided through detailed planning, resulting in delivering a successful outcome for your apprentices.
