Responding to invitations to tender has become the normal way of securing project income from the public purse. It is always highly competitive and often submissions are still being worked on as the response deadline looms. But, by using structured planning and processes, not only will the quality of your responses improve, but the stress will be reduced.

Objectives:
The aim of this webinar is to give those people tasked with writing bid responses a structured process that will help them continually improve their responses and take some of the stress out of the process. You will learn about:   
  • Simple things that you can do to help prepare for tenders as and when they appear
  • Processes that will help you plan what to put in and what to leave out of a tender
  • Systems for reviewing content against a specification to maximise your chance of success
